Tracey Russell is a highly experienced full-spectrum doula with over a decade of dedicated service supporting more than 300 births. She is certified as a birth doula through DONA International. She provides comprehensive care throughout the reproductive journey, including pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, fertility challenges, infant loss, and emotional well-being after birth.
Tracey is deeply committed to ongoing professional development, regularly enhancing her skills through advanced training in areas such as newborn sleep, grief and loss, effective communication, and lactation support. Her work is rooted in a mission to reduce disparities in maternal and child health, making her a passionate advocate for equitable, respectful care.
