Bio

I am a certified full spectrum doula and experienced loctician dedicated to supporting the mind, body, and spirit. With a passion for holistic wellness and cultural care, I provide nurturing, informed support through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, while also honoring and maintaining the beauty of natural locs.

Drawing from my personal experience with pregnancy loss, my background in grief support, and my work as a former end-of-life support practitioner, I provide compassionate, empathetic care to individuals and families navigating sensitive medical experiences, pregnancy and infant loss, and the grieving process. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and cared for with dignity and understanding.

My practice is rooted in empowerment, education, and connection, whether I’m guiding a birth experience or cultivating healthy crowns. I believe in holding space for people to feel seen, safe, and supported at every stage of their journey.
