Sharmyne Evans, M.Ed. is a full-spectrum holistic doula, community health liaison, and reproductive justice advocate committed to providing compassionate, culturally rooted care across the reproductive journey, including fertility, birth, postpartum, abortion, miscarriage, and loss. A proud Spelman College graduate with a degree inComparative Women’s Studies and a focus on Women’s Health, Sharmyne brings an intersectional lens to every aspect of her work. She also holds a master’s degree in Higher Education Leadership, where she honed her skills in community-based research and evaluation. Her approach blends traditional and holistic practices such as herbal medicine, nutrition, and emotional support, with a deep respect for each client’s autonomy, wisdom, and lived experience.As a community health liaison, she advocates for equitable systems of care and supports families through pregnancy and early childhood. Sharmyne believes that birthwork is a form of activism, healing, and love.
