Bio
Since I was young, I’ve always been fascinated by pregnancy, birth, and the journey into parenthood. Over the last 12 years, I’ve had the honor of supporting family, friends, and women in transitional housing through their pregnancy and birth journeys. I’ve witnessed natural births, epidurals, and C-sections, and every experience has deepened my love for supporting growing families.
Along with being a doula, I’m also a home visitor with the Kinder Ready program, where I support and help strengthen the parent-child relationship, encourage positive interactions, help prepare children for kindergarten, and connect families to valuable resources within the community. While I don’t have children of my own yet, I’m blessed with many nieces and nephews who mean the world to me and are a big part of my motivation every day.
I’m passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where families feel cared for every step of the way. I also provide age-appropriate sibling support to help older children understand pregnancy, birth, and what to expect when their new sibling arrives. Together, we’ll answer their questions, explore ways they can safely help care for the baby, and help them feel included, confident, and excited as your family grows.
