Jodi Meier serves as the Program Operations Manager & Services Coordinator at Umama Birthing Services, where she has supported maternal and child health initiatives and operational programming for the past two years. With more than 20 years of experience in client services, Jodi brings a strategic and systems-focused approach to program operations and service coordination.

Throughout her career, Jodi has demonstrated a strong ability to improve service delivery, and strengthen client experiences through data-informed decision-making and collaborative leadership. Her expertise includes supporting crisis management protocols, and partnering across teams to enhance organizational effectiveness and client outcomes. At Umama Birthing Services and within broader maternal and child health (MCH) aligned initiatives at the Foundation for Black Women’s Wellness, Jodi plays a key role in supporting program infrastructure, doula coordination, client service management, and operational continuity. She is deeply committed to fostering people-centered systems that prioritize equity, accountability, and compassionate care.
