Blessings! My name is Javon "Jay" Spencer, I am a birth & death doula/ herbalist dedicated to supporting individuals and families through the end-of-life journey. With a deep commitment to honoring each person's unique needs and wishes, I provide comfort, guidance, and practical assistance during this sacred experience.

Currently, I am a full time mom and “Jackie of all trades”, expanding my calling by training as a holistic birth doula and have been practicing since early 2024. Inspired by the transformative power of birth, I am committed to empowering birthing individuals and their families with compassionate support and informed choices.

My experience as a death doula has taught me the importance of creating nurturing, comforting and sacred spaces. I bring this same holistic approach to birth work, integrating traditional practices such as placenta encapsulation with mind-body-spirit connection to foster strength, agency, and peace throughout the process. I integrate traditional practices with complementary therapies, emphasizing the mind-body-spirit connection and promoting a strong sense of agency during childbirth.

With profound reverence for life's natural cycles, I strive to ensure that those I support—whether at the threshold of birth or death—feel seen, heard, and respected. I am honored to walk alongside those navigating life’s most profound transitions and provide a few laughs along the way! My goal is to empower you to advocate for the experience you seek for this journey. I am neonatal CPR certified, a former healthcare worker and a healer by nature.

As a lifetime student of all things educational, I am usually taking a course or researching/having conversations with those more knowledgeable than me lol Because whether we’re saying hello or goodbye, we all deserve to be surrounded by love. At the heart of it all, I deeply respect life’s natural cycles and believe that every stage of existence deserves love, presence, and a bit of joy.💜
